MEASURES CORONAVIRUS

REDUCTION OF THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION

Dear relation,

In view of the recent development and the increased risk of contamination by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we as Layher Benelux have taken measures to protect our people, our customers and to guarantee the continuity of our business operations. The measures below took effect from Monday March 16, 2020.  
As Layher BV and NV we follow the guidelines and advice of the Dutch and Belgian governments. Our locations in Raamsdonksveer, Meppel and Kontich (B) are open to serve our customers.
 
Warehouse 
We have arranged the warehouse services in such a way that there is no longer any physical contact between employees during work transfer.
 
Office 
Our internal teams, which are necessary for operational management, are divided in such a way that there is as little contact with each other as possible to prevent contamination. Where possible, employees work from home.
 
Field service 
Our support and external (sales) employees work from home as much as possible and can be reached by e-mail and telephone at the usual working hours. Our employees will visit you on a limited basis by appointment and appointments at the Layher locations are also kept to a minimum. You can of course always create quotes yourself, place an order, view your data and download product information via www.layher.nl, www.layherrolsteigers.com and www.layherladders.com. If you do not yet have a login code for the MyLayher environment, please request one without obligation.
 
Suppliers 
Our suppliers may deliver their goods to the designated places. To avoid physical contact as much as possible, we ask our suppliers to sign their receipt themselves. They are not allowed to enter the business premises.

Stock
The stocks at Layher are fully maintained. This applies to stocks in the Netherlands, Belgium, but also at the factory in Germany. Stocks of raw material are also high. We can therefore meet any demand for scaffolding material.

We keep a close eye on the developments regarding the Coronavirus and take further measures where necessary. We trust that these preventive measures are sufficient for now. Your health and the health of our employees is our highest priority at this time. We act accordingly.
